This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.     Spacious condo with easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for us and loved the location! The only suggestion I could make is it would have been nice to have blinds of some sort on the doors leading to the balcony. These doors were right across from the secondary bedroom and bath. Otherwise, we thought the condo lived up to the pictures provided. Thanks for a great stay!

    The condo was very nice & clean. It was very cold when we were there. They do have a heated pool but it was very difficult to find. Even when I emailed the staff, they just said that it was in the community. I wasn't familiar with the community so it took us forever to find it. The only other negative thing is that the master bedroom door doesn't lock on the water closet so you have to hold it with your foot while doing your business. A little annoying. Other than that 5 stars!!! Great place to stay!

    Loved the area and our rental. There were a few issues that seemed to keep popping up. Leaking dishwasher, flat tire on one of the bikes, door lock malfunction. We were locked out several times. No one came to fix it so we eventually left the place unlocked so we would be able to get back in. They responded fairly quickly to other issues though but the lock was never resolved. Place was fairly clean…hair left in beds but everything else was nice.
