When entering the home, stairs with a landing bring you up into a screened-in porch that leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with dinnerware for 12, cooking utensils and cookware, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and stackable laundry. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a rattan dining room table with glass top and padded chairs on a white tile floor. It opens up onto a screened-in lanai eating area that gives the feeling of being in a tropical treehouse with a wonderful view of lush vegetation. Off the kitchen is a spare bedroom which has a queen bed and double closets with a full bathroom that features a stand-up shower and vanity. The living room has a laminate floor and pacific blue and white trim and one wall of windows with blinds looking out to more tropical plants. A large flat screen TV offers cable and premium channels along with playing cards and a book collection. The master bedroom is off the living room with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower, queen bed and another screened-in lanai that offers another treehouse view of the pool and boardwalk to the beach. This lanai serves as a wonderful sitting area for reading or relaxing. The upstairs leads to a loft which has two single beds, a flat screen TV and a closet with full shelves for storage of your belongings.
