Paradise Point: Beautiful Pool Home in Beachview!

Close to the beach and short biking distances from amenities on the island. Kitchen well supplied for entertaining. Pool and area was wonderful for adults and children.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the home was very clean and well equipped - 5 stars. It was, once-upon-a-time, a high-end home. We had pool problems the weekend my children visited and air conditioning problems throughout the 3 week stay (reserved a month). Lots of bugs all over the exterior, and not just little flies, but cocoons and spiders that occupying owners in that neighborhood would normally clean away. Some windows didn't open or didn't have screens and many of those that did open were buggy or dirty between screen & glass. The management company was responsive and friendly, but that didn't make up for the lost pool weekend or air-conditioning problems that persisted. In the future, I'll look for newer or recently renovated properties. I also recognize that our stay was only about 1-1/2 yrs post Ian so may remain difficult for mgmt to keep up with some of the exterior maintenance.

Beautiful landscaping with garden area that adds privacy from adjoining golf course. Central location — leisurely 10 min walk to beach and easy to bike to Periwinkle on bike paths for restaurants and shopping. We’re returning next year.

Progress is being made on the ground level of the house but it ,the top floor), is certainly livable and only 12 minute pleasant walk to the beach.Our family certainly would go back again.

I’m not a a golfer but if you are this home is ideal. It is across from the club house and 1st tee. Half a mile east walk to the beach.

They were great to speak with on the phone, their office personnel were friendly, and they had the best prices.Our family had a great time and this house was in the process of complete renovation after the hurricane Ian destroyed most homes and condominiums on Sanibel island. Rob and his staff from SBL vacations were very receptive and good about the few wrinkles we had from the ongoing renovation. The landscaping was amazing despite hurricane IAN that had come through nine months earlier.The property was very well located and very clean and the pool was very functional although there was no cage because it was torn down by the hurricane. It was well stocked and very comfortable and of course we would recommend this house to others. Thanks again Rob and SBL for your continued customer service. Ron and Donna
