It's Like Living in a Treehouse!

Nice private house with short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and beach toys, great shared pool.

Can't do better than Sealoft on Sanibel-- the development is perfectly located to enjoy easy beach access, meticulously maintained pool and common areas and the ability to bike literally everywhere on the island. Sealoft 104 is fully equipped, very comfortable and light filled, private and the three porches are excellent. Owners Jenny and Rick are a delight to work with. Looking forward to our third March in 2020.

Spent a wonderful month at this beautiful home. The location is perfect. Very quiet. Only steps to the beach on a private boardwalk. There is a very large pool that our family had completely to ourselves the whole month. Tennis court on property and the bike trail is right outside the private driveway. When in the house, it feels like you are in a tree house. All the rooms are a nice size and the three screened in porches are great for relaxing or having meals on. The house was the best equipped we have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the furnishings in the living room, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We made use of the grill and all the beach and pool equipment. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them with questions during our stay. This is a beautiful, well equipped house in a beautiful area. We hope to return for another stay.

This was the third, month long visit for my wife and me. During our stay we were visited by our children and grandchildren. The house is roomy, clean and well appointed. Our two grandchildren especially enjoyed the loft with its twin beds and tv. The master bedroom is roomy with its own bath and a slider to a deck overlooking the pool. It is especially enjoyable for all the company in the afternoon watching the colors change in the western sky. There is also an outside dining area that is screened and surrounded by foliage. Great place for breakfast and the evening meal...a great home. The house is next to a large, clean and heated pool...never a crowd in that there are only nine homes in Sealoft Village. Next to the pool is a tennis court in very good condition...it is almost always open to play. From the pool, it's a pleasant stroll on a boardwalk to a beautiful beach that is sparsely populated. One can look to the left to the Sundial and right towards the public beach and see crowds while this beach is wide open. Dolphins appear almost everyday in mid-morning...nice sight while sipping your second coffee on your beach chair. Obviously the location is excellent. It's only a mile to Jerry's supermarket....a pleasant bike ride for those small purchases. A variety of great restaurants are only a short drive away..can't wait to return to the island.

Our family stayed here for 8 days. It was the most, relaxing, beautiful place. The condo is amazing, spacious, clean & comfortable. It feels like its your own second home. So close to everything. The boardwalk takes you right to the beach. All the restaurants, shopping, beaches are close by. So much to do in town. Baileys grocery store is great, there is a small theatre as well. Needless to say the shelling is unbelieveable, you get so addicted to looking for them & finding your favorites. It is a perfect condo to stay at for adults & kids. The inground pool is so private & clean & nice to sit by each day. The outdoor shower so nice to rinse off after the beach.
