Our condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, screened lanai with direct views over the courtyard and pool to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with full bathroom just outside the room. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional guests. The association provides access to a heated pool in the courtyard with two other pools available on-site. The building is elevator serviced and has a covered parking space as well as guest spaces nearby. There are gas bbq grills should you use those while on your Dream Vacay. While you won't have resort amenity access including the resort pool with slide, hot tub, resort beach equipment/rental items, you will still have access to the restaurants, pool bar, grocery store, spa, tennis/pickleball and the beach. Some of those require an additional fee, so please check with us for more information.
