I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The condo was not completely cleaned. Candy wrappers and papers under the twin beds. The keys were very hard to work in the doors. My husband purchased some WD40 to help with that. He put in a light in the hallway to the right of the elevator because it was out and was too dark at night. The owners vacuum was not working correctly and he fixed it.

The kids are ready to go back again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To be honest inside of the oven was not clean, the glass top of the oven was broken, a piece from the microwave fell off, the bifold door to the washing machine closet did not work, the main bath door handle did not lock, the beach chairs stored in the screen porch was rusty and the wall adjacent to the kitchen door was dirty.

We have dealt with Sanibel Holiday before and will always use them when we come to Sanibel.
