The kitchen is very spacious and modern complete with all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. The kitchen table can accommodate 6 people and there is a very comfortable couch and love seat in the living room with a large flat screen TV with local channels, Netflix, & Amazon Prime (as well as in the Master Bedroom). The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have queen Murphy beds which can be easily stowed away for more room during the day. The Sun Room (4th bedroom) is furnished with another couch (pulls out to a double bed) as well as 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds), a ceiling fan and a built in A/C unit. There is a 4 burner grill in the backyard. Finally, in the garage you will find a ping pong table with paddles and balls along with a washer/dryer with laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board. The large community pool is a couple hundred yards around the corner and close enough to walk or has parking if you want to load up the car and drive over.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrThe driveway is spacious enough to hold 4-5 vehicles.
