This house is in a great neighborhood. House was very clean and exactly as described. Hosts are amazing and very good communication. Easy check in and out. Also very accommodateing when I needed an extra day. Definitely recommend and will be back!!!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed mornings on the dock and evenings on the lanai. Location was close to the airport and our wedding venue, as well as downtown Sanford. It was a pleasure to meet the owner (Jay) and have a welcoming conversation with him. Would definitely rent here again!

it was so peaceful. The views of the lake are spectacular. The sitting area on the dock is perfect. Watching sunrises and sunsets! The house was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed!

Everything was satisfactory and the kitchen had everything we needed. Area was peaceful and quiet. There may be a problem with the one smoke detector between the 2 room because one time the other smoke detector went off, but that one did not. Would stay there again.

We came to FL with another couple for the Daytona 500 and a couple of days at Disney - this house was in a perfect location for both! It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The screened-in back patio was wonderful for morning coffee. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a comfortable and inviting house, it was so clean! The lake view is amazing!

Home was very clean. Only 4 coffee cups for 6 adults. Missing wash cloths in Master Bath, found then in the hallway linen closet. Had to buy extra toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable.Host was very good in communication. But our guests, including myself felt we were always being watched while outside since he was a few houses down. We are in our late 60's and all have stayed in Vrbo's before. We cleaned and followed the departing instructions as instructed.

Very clean and well taken care of. Lots of little extras you might forget to pack for your trip they have ready for you. Lots of room to sit with family and talk. Had a perfect time here. Great communicators.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for a soccer tournament weekend. It was fun to be right on the water and the boys enjoyed fishing off the dock on our down time.

We loved our stay here! The home was very comfortable and easy for my Mom (90) to get everywhere she wanted to be. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening cocktails and even caught a few fish from the shady, comfortable dock.The wildlife was cool too....we saw all kinds of critters. There were 2 cranes that loved to look at themselves in the sliding glass door. So funny and entertaining.

House was good and accommodated us well. We mostly enjoyed the covered pier for fishing.

There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The guys enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We would stay again if ever in the area again.

OMG.., awesome… host, house, location, neighborhood. Grandson wore the fishing out off the pier, fur baby was happy, husband enjoyed sleep number bed and big shower in master, quick drive to baseball field, food, and fun. Will definitely book again if back in the Sanford/Orlando area. Hats off to the Davidsons!

Nice property and furnishings. Quiet and well kept area. Spacious rooms and deck & screened porch is a big plus. Location was perfect for us and would stay again!

This was the perfect spot to stay for our baseball tournament weekend with our three boys. We cannot even explain how much we loved the dock and lake! The boys jumped and swam for hours, fished, and the nicest spot for dinner and hanging out in the shade of the boathouse with a breeze! The house was exactly as shown - clean, comfortable (seriously the best beds!), a well equipped kitchen made for easy cooking and the use of the BBQ on the screened porch was wonderful. The owners were so easy to communicate with and responsive when we had any questions before, during and after our stay. My family didn’t want to leave. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to town for groceries. Directions and check in were a breeze. Whether just for vacation, or for sports tournament stays, I would definitely recommend. We are looking forward to our next stay!

we were happy to have a house to go back to after long days on the field hockey field for a tournament. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to have an extended check out to come back and shower after we were on the field in the pouring down rain to take showers before our flight. The house was clean. I had a great view of the lake and bonus, we had cranes that visited every morning to say hello.nice stay!

This was the most amazing stay. Blown away by this little home and lake. The owner was always within reach and did his best to help us with any question we had. We couldn’t have booked a better place honestly. The fishing off the dock was so much fun, the family each caught something and they were huge! Turtles were cute. House was clean and provided everything we could need. Will most definitely be back!

My family and I came to the area from South Florida to move my little brother into UCF. This location was awesome for just that! It was 28 minutes to campus but far enough away from the busy traffic! The lake is PHENOMENAL! There were so many beautiful bass, sunfish, turtles and we saw a bald eagle! Definitely coming back to this property when we come to visit! The property manager was great too! Quick to respond and super helpful!

This is my second time staying at the lake house. I absolutely love it and will definitely be back again!

The property was secluded in an older/matured neighborhood, far enough from the hustle but close enough to be convenient. Located near convenience stores and shopping, it had a great layout and all the amenities we needed to accommodate our blended party. Then end of our trip brought us up to the internet outage which resulted in flight delays and cancellations, the owners were so very accommodating and extended our stay with no issues. We have found out new spot in the Orlando vicinity !!
