We were Staying in Sanford for a family gathering for one of Sanfords fun festivals. The Historic Hotspotwas a 5 minute walk to the middle of the historic downtown area. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee makers and quality appliances and kitchenwares. Bj

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was in a great location, super close to downtown, which made everything easy to walk to. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. We loved the little extra touches like the Keurig, bottled water, and toiletries. Even noticed a few ponchos in the game closet! Overall, a clean, cozy spot and a great place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

The host is incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect. There are restaurants, bakeries, and bars all within walking distance.

Location, location, location! Great getaway in downtown Sanford

This host has thought of everything! Extra fans, coffee, comfy blankets and sunscreen at the door. She knows how to enjoy this great, friendly town and doesn't hold back. We loved our stay in Sanford and this was the perfect place in the center of it all.

The closeness to the downtown food and fun when we weren’t at the race track. Great location.

Great location to walk to the lake front and businesses. Clean, host checked in on us, she was quick in her communication, we would recommend staying here.

We stayed for 5 nights in order to attend a wedding in Sanford. We loved the location close to breweries and places to eat. We did not have a rental vehicle and got everywhere we needed by foot or Uber/Lyft. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Down to the nice big umbrella we used the last night we were there as it was pouring out! We liked hanging out on the front porch, which is also where I practiced yoga two mornings. We also loved the bed; it was amazingly comfortable!! If you’re thinking of staying, don’t hesitate at all!

The house was great! Great location! Comfortable adjustable beds. The owner, Kristin, was amazing! Super responsive, friendly, and thought of everything we might need. If I thought of something I wanted, I opened a cabinet and there it was! She even went to the house to leave an extra beach towel for us before we arrived. I’d give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Super cute historical home in such a groovy little town with a fun downtown area. There was an adorable porch with lights, and everything was walkable. Oh, and a white noise machine. Great place!
