Very comfortable and clean home!

Was not in a nice neighborhood. Homes around rental looked very run down.Close to Sanford Airport; alot of jet noise.Washer and dryer smelled moldy. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer had to go through 3 drying cycles to dry the towels.The back door has no curtain/blind or frosting on the full door of windows with no privacy. I was not given check in instructions. Had to contact host for them. Never given checkout instructions.For the price I paid, not worth it to me for 3 nights we stayed there.

House was neat and clean. Everything was in order and our stay was fantastic.

The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and amenities were as advertised. The neighborhood was generally pretty quiet and never felt unsafe. The mattresses were very comfortable, with soft sheets and warm blankets. The sofa was also comfortable, and wifi worked great for streaming TV/movies. The heat/air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all worked great. Multiple grocery stores are in easy driving distance. Check in and check out were easy. Host was very responsive.A few small changes would have made our already great stay perfect:- The stall shower could use some kind of a shower caddy, or at least a little stool, to put toiletries on; currently the only place to keep them in reach is the raised edge on the floor.- The house number is very easy to read in the daylight, but nearly impossible at night. We figured out which house to pull into based in exterior photos the host had sent, but adjusting the lighting or the number placement would help a lot.- This is a personal preference others may disagree with, but I didn’t love the air freshener or the strongly scented laundry detergent the linens were washed in. Neither smell was bad, just very assertive. Everything is so clean that they don’t seem necessary.

Beautifully decorated house, super clean and had everything we needed. Stocked well to make everything easy. Great communication from the owner. Checkout process super easy and not stressful. Highly recommend.

Very clean/Updated great amenities/ Good location but sketchy neighborhood

The house was perfect for our needs! The house was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The air conditioner wasn’t working well and Shawn and Maryna were quick to respond and getting someone out to fix it. My son left his charging cord and they contacted us and even mailed it back.

The house was perfect. Great size, 15 minutes from ballpark and 15 minutes from downtown. The owners were wonderful and very prompt to reply. Would absolutely stay again at this property

House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Was the perfect size for family of 4.

Incredibly comfortable and cozy and very clean and well organized . Host is incredibly kind and couldn’t have been easier .

The home is a bit small but the 4 of us were comfortable and had all that was needed. It was in great shape and tastefully furnished.

We were pleasantly surprised when the property lived up to its pictures. The home was much more roomy than the extended stay hotel we had considered! The size (3bd/2ba) was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would recommend this VRBO to travelers to the Sanford-Lake Mary area.

We stayed here for a friends birthday we went out dancing it’s very close the the country bar and everything is so peaceful around the area definitely recommend for future people and we definitely will keep this place on our minds… would return 10/10
