We had another great stay. The lake view is beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and the kitchen is well equipped.We would stay again.

Terrible experience, super disappointed.. all the furniture is old and smells awful, the house hadn’t been cleaned for months, I found dead insects, spider webs, duty plates, mold on the shower and nasty pillows. All this traveling with my kids and they left a note saying “do not use pillows placed on bed because is for decoration only, use ones on the closet” when I when to see them, OMG nasty super nasty. Obviously the cabinets at kitchen weren’t clean as well..

The house was cozy and clean and very comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was that there was no soap or shampoo in bathrooms and the dock had a lot of bird poop on it making it difficult to walk and sit there. Otherwise it is a lovely location and home.

What a wonderful home! Clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and for this football obsessed family, amazing televisions! Communicating with the hosts was easy, they were very responsive. The location was ideal, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Even DoorDash found us! My husband loved being able to walk out the back door and fish whenever he wanted! And, watching our Florida thunderstorms roll in over the lake was a delight. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, well equipped and roomy. We loved having basic necessities in the house when we arrived. The beds are all very comfortable. The dock on the lake is an added bonus. Our boys really enjoyed fishing and the views were beautiful (especially when there is a rainbow). We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and all the amenities that you would need. This is my third year staying at this property. I really didn’t need this large of a house this time but the hosts are awesome and so is the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The lakeside location was perfect. Jay and Teresa have provided lakeside seating, screened patio with lake view, and view from inside the home. We biked to downtown and hiked the Black Bear Wilderness Area. Perfect vacation!

We stayed at this home for our niece's wedding. It was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs to stay in the Sanford area!

Cozy home-like atmosphere. We especially loved the lake view and watching cranes and other wildlife. Very comfy beds and well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable recliners and great TV and free

It was a pleasure to stay in this property. The owner was responsive to my special needs (garage space for kayaks and trailer) and it was obvious they take pride in making a good experience for their guests. Everything was super clean and well-organized. We took day trips to kayak in several springs and the Winter Park venetian canal.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The lake view is beautiful and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking.We would definitely stay again.

place was just as described. situated close to everything you may need. close to ball parks for our stay. host was very helpful.

We were in town for a wedding in Sanford, so it was nice to all be able to stay in a house where we could hang out together. The house was close to the wedding venue, to restaurants, parks with walking trails, the beach and the Kennedy Space Center. We really liked the beer at Wops Hops microbrewery and the food was very good at St Johns River Steak and Seafood. The view of the lake was pretty and we loved relaxing in the hammock.

We stayed for UCF family weekened since everything near UCF was booked. It was an easy drive and nice location!

This is my family’s second time staying at this location, I was very excited to return here. Owners Jay and Teresa are wonderful, the home is beautiful, very clean. Location is very peaceful, I spent as much time as I could on the dock. Kids enjoyed fishing again this year from the dock. Thank you Jay and Teresa for opening your home for others to enjoy.

Home, location and setting provided for a completely worry and stress free get away. Hosts made the whole process clear and simple. Very easy to be a repeat visitor!

The place was clean and the host was great. Had a real at-home feel.

We chose the VRBO because of proximity to Sanford airport for an EARLY morning flight out. It was only a 1 hr drive to the KSC for our astronaut training experience. And we got to see a satellite launch from the comfort of the dock chairs on the lake. Easy peasy.
