This unit is a separate detached 2 bed room cottage. This is the only unit that is separate from the 1888 Hotel main building so you will have your own unique space. It’s in downtown but on the border of downtown and the historic old northeast neighborhood, providing close walking access to the hustle and bustle of downtown but provides a nice tranquil hotel stay environment away from Central Avenue.brbrPlease note this 2nd Story Unit cottage is located behind the 1888 Hotel main building and is a separate detached building. Guests shall have access to their own private 2 bedroom unit via their own staircase. brbrThis unit features a marble counter-top, fully functioning fridge, ice maker, and full size kitchen with 30-inches range. The bedrooms includes full sized bed, dresser, desk, and wardrobe for maximum comfort. The common area comes equipped with a pull out queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV. brbrA unique feature of this unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer which is free to use as part of your stay. This is a very rare feature for units in downtown and will be perfect for guest that wish to stay longer making laundry a breeze. brbrThis unit comes with (1) parking pass in the nearby MAACM parking garage, but if you want to explore all that downtown St. Pete has to offer, you can leave your car behind.
