The second and third bathroom are located downstairs easily accessible from the bedrooms and primary living spaces. One of the two sofas in the living room is a very comfortable queen sofa bed. You can easily sleep up to 8 people. This well maintained home is fully equipped, very comfortable and very well decorated. You will love viewing all the unique artifacts collected from all over the world by this maritime owner. A large, fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare meals at home when you choose. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000 of coverage, $149 for $1500 of coverage, $199 for $2000 of coverage and so on and so forth).
