This home is very clean and well maintained! Barrier Dunes is a gated community with two pools, tennis courts, stocked fishing ponds, and playground area. There is Plenty of stuff to see, explore,snorkel, fishing, shelling, state park which is very close has walking trails, you also can rent pontoons for the day in the state park. The living area is large and comfortable with a reclining sofa and two reclining chairs, a large flat screen TV, and a wonderful bay window, which offers a cozy little place to read. Back inside, there is an additional space to relax with a daybed and a trundle, which doubles as sleeping accommodations for two people downstairs. The dining area has a high top table with four bar stools and is located between the living area and the kitchen. The breakfast bar has seating for two more. brbrThe kitchen is well-stocked with most everything you need to stay in and cook. There is a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. As a great added benefit, Tequila Sunrise also provides reverse-osmosis filtered water through a separate faucet at the kitchen sink. At the top of the stairs, you will find a large and inviting master suite with a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and another desk setup that offers plenty of peace and quiet to work while you're here. There is lots of room to unpack and settle in. Additionally, the master bathroom is setup really well with double vanities, a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private toilet. This bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the bay.
