NEWLY RENOVATED Luxury Bayfront 6 BR/5.5 BA Home

Thankful for a lovely space to gather with family.

Beautiful location with a private beach. We enjoyed the fire pit while watching the sunset after dining outside every evening. A lot of games to play indoors and outside. Nice size pool with a hot tub. Within walking distance of a grocery store and six pickleball courts! Very clean and spacious house. Hope to go come back in the future!

We chose this VRBO strictly for the bay front property, private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen. This house was everything we hoped for and more! SO relaxing! We literally stayed outside in the back yard all day/evening during our stay, and cooked all meals enjoying the outdoor kitchen! 12/10 would recommend! The firepit was perfect for s’mores and enjoying the beautiful sunset each night!

Most amazing stay in PSJ and we love it there! Nothing tops this house! Hoping to make it a yearly tradition! The kids were asking us to buy the place It’s not often that the kids aging from 1-17 all have the best experience! And the adults loved it the most!

This was a dream vacation! What a beautiful place! All of the family agreed, from the scenery, to the pool, to the activities to play, we had the time of our lives. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Great vacation home for our family getaway. We enjoyed the amenities the house had to offer and the beautiful weather.

We had 4 moms and many teens with us and every single one of us agreed it was the best spot we had every stayed. The hot tub was fabulous, the outdoor cooking was so fun and the sunsets were like none we had ever seen. The teens loved exploring the bay and being walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. Having two washers and dryers was super convenient. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The property manager was super responsive. Parking was plentiful. I seriously cannot think of one negative thing to say about the property!

The house was more beautiful than described. It is perfect for a large family! There are plenty of activities on site. Walking distance to everything you need! Amazing view! It could not have been more perfect. We would highly recommend the property!

Fantastic for all ages. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs. There was enough space for our group of 14 people and we never felt crowded. The kitchen, bedrooms were amazing and it felt like we were all by ourselves on our little oasis. We’ve booked for 2026 and are excited to return. Thank you Caprise for being an awesome host.

Beautiful, immaculate home. Everything was better than we expected. So much to do. The 9 grandchildren were entertained all day. Beds were wonderful. The property manager, Caprice, was a dear and there if we needed anything!

This house couldn’t have been more accommodating to a large family, including all ages of children. The manager, Caprise, was a pleasure to deal with and responsible to the few needs we have. The home was very nicely furnished, and every possible, cooking utensil, including dishes, glasses, etc. The dirt, cooking area, kayaks, paddle boards, or enjoyed by all ages!

Home and property is beautiful. Loved the outdoor space. Awesome set up of space. Nice small sand area. The only negative thing was the ocean was not good for swimming. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed a fantastic week at the White Heron. With 18 family members ranging from ages 3 months to 70 yrs old this house and property was perfect. It was everyone’s favorite! Plenty of space in the house with an incredible backyard for family fun. We plan to return.

The property was amazing! Everything was great and we appreciated the bikes that came with the property. Will definitely be back.

We booked this house for my extended family to enjoy over the 4th of July week. This included of 9x adults, 3x teenagers, and 3x kids under 10. The house was very accommodating for our group and had something fun to do for EVERYONE. We spent several days just staying on the property to enjoy what it had to offer... whether it was morning coffee under the sun, relaxing in the pool, kayaking in the bay, playing pool/darts in the game room, enjoying dinner under the patio (with a phenomenal outdoor kitchen at that), or roasting marshmallows over a night fire. In addition to that it is just a couple blocks away from downtown Port St Joe that had several restaurants/shops to enjoy. The tide changes would bring the water quite a ways from the house in the afternoons/evenings... so we simply made a 15-20 minute drive to either Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach for days where we wanted a traditional beach experience. As an added bonus we were able to enjoy a spectacular fireworks show right from our own back yard on the 4th of July as the city was firing them off from a pier right by the house. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking to do a trip with several families of varying ages. There is nothing else like it in Port St Joe!
