This home is quite roomy, and it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. brbrThis place has a great feel to it! The owners have made wonderful improvements, including new furniture, new paint, new flooring, freshened decor, all new linens, all new kitchen-ware, and so much more. brbrThe first floor welcomes you into an open living/dining/kitchen area that is very spacious and comfortable. The living room has a large, new couch with an ottoman, plenty of chairs, and a huge flat screen TV. The dining table is set for 4, but easily extends to seat 6. The big kitchen peninsula offers additional seating with bar chairs. brbrThe kitchen is spacious and well stocked with most everything you need to enjoy preparing meals at home. There is a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There are both a regular style and a Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, a toaster, a blender, and plenty of cookware and bakeware. As a great added benefit, Tequila Sunrise Two also provides reverse-osmosis filtered water through a separate faucet at the kitchen sink. This system removes impurities to provide improved filtered water for drinking and cooking.
