Everything was perfect. We had a great time and will be staying here again this summer.

This is our second time vacationing at this property. It is a lovely house and feels like a home away from home. Very clean and well-outfitted. Appreciate all the attention to detail! We even had welcome snacks!

Our family enjoyed our 6 week stay. The Host are awesome and respond promptly. The beds are comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard, along with the walks on the beach. The home was nice and clean, kitchen had all required items you need to cook, along with an instant pot. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Michelle and Julie!

This is a great house! Very clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Kitchen had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Fenced back yard was especially nice with the dogs, plus a nice seating area for us to enjoy. Its a gated community, so very quiet and very minimal vehicle traffic by the house. Location was nice in that we could get down the cape to the beaches or to St Joe for dinner or shopping in just a few minutes. I thought the nightly fee was very resonable for the location and what we got with this home. The management company was great to communicate with. They even let us know that a tornado watch was in our area. I would definately stay again. My only issue, and it is a personal choice, is the memory foam mattress. We are not fans of these mattresses, but that would not stop me from returning here for another stay. Plus, we didn't try the upstairs bedrooms. Those mattresses may have been different.

We love this home. It is fully equipped to meet the needs of our family and dogs. The home is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Cast Your Cares. The property is well-equppied and it is evident the hosts strive to create a great guest experience. This was our first time to stay on this part of the Cape, we enjoyed the family friendly community, the easy walk to the beach, and the close proximity to Salinas Park. Many personal touches were incorporated. It may seem silly but I appreciate handsoap dispensers at each sink, quality toilet paper, a few trash bags, etc - the little things that make a big difference! The property is just as described and more! We would love to visit again.

Cast Your Cares truly lived up to its name. This home impressed us from the start with its spotless cleanliness and ideal location. Beach access was a breeze, and it was just a short drive to shops and restaurants in both Port St. Joe and the North Cape. We’ve stayed in many rentals along 30A in the Santa Rosa Beach area—often at a higher price point—and this home was better appointed than most of them. The attention to detail, especially with the bedding, really stood out. Comfortable beds can make or break a trip, and this place got it right. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook meals at home. We also appreciated the high-quality beach chairs and other thoughtful touches throughout the house. Our dogs loved the fenced yard—it gave them space to run safely and made our trip even more stress-free. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this property to others looking for a peaceful, well-maintained beach retreat.

This was our second time staying at Cast Your Cares. Julie and Greg have thought of every detail imaginable to make their home accommodating for a relaxing getaway! We look forward to our next visit!

Cast Your Cares is a great home for a beach stay with a well appointed interior, great location close to the beach and the community pool and a fenced yard that keeps your pups safe and offers a fire pit and grill. Our family really appreciated the personal welcome by the host and the amenities the host provided in the home. Would love to have stayed longer.

We had an exceptional stay! The house was pristine and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. One of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Location was great with a very short stroll to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Great job!

The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The house was well-appointed. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The house was in an ideal location close to the beach, the pool and the pickleball courts. We give it a 5 star rating!

Bathing suits and body wash. That’s all you need to bring! This home has it all! The decor is beautiful. We loved the welcome sign and sweet treats! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The showers are hot. The kitchen is FULLY stocked (we cook a lot and they had everything you could ever need!). The house had chairs and a wagon we used for the beach. The propane grill was perfect to cook up local fish for dinner. We especially appreciated the bundle of firewood - what a wonderful core memory we made on our last night with our kids, our dog, sunset, good music and a beach fire! Thank you for sharing your home!

From start to finish the experience was wonderful. Julie was very informative and the cleaning crew were spot on with every detail. Great experience.

Perfect dog-friendly family rental. Access to the beach was quick and easy with the provided beach carts. Pickleball courts are a great little something to do when you want a break from the beach. The house itself was fantastic, cozy, and well decorated, with an excellently furnished kitchen and very comfy beds. I will say I wish that I had asked if the pool was heated before booking for spring break (it wasn't) because it was pretty chilly. Everything else was top-notch. Communication before, during, and after the stay was timely and professional. I would recommend this place to any family!

This was our 2nd stay and we will certainly be back. This house is all about attention to detail. The hostess is awesome as well. Thank you so much for another great trip for our family!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. Loved the front porch with the baby gate. We sat out there every night and had a glass of wine with our dog watching the stars. Loved the outside shower to wash off the sand and clean up the dog. The beach was a short walk and we walked it twice a day. Our dog loved running along the edge of the water. Found shells on the beach each morning. Appreciated the beach wagon, beach chairs and towels. Saved us room in the car on our trip home from Florida Was so happy when we arrived hot and thirsty to find bottles of water in the refrigerator and my husband appreciated the snacks. There was even treats for our dog. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Communication was great. Appreciated the binder of information. It really came in handy . Looking forward to going back next year

Great property with easy access to the beach.

Check in was simple with great communication. The location is amazing. Close proximity to beach which was very quiet and beautiful. Water on both side to enjoy. The bay on one side and the Gulf on the other. Quiet location with plenty of things to do nearby including very nice restaurants. This is the old Florida we love. The property itself is lovely. It is very well kept and has more than anyone could possible need. Sit on the balcony for a sunset cocktail or head up for a coffee in the morning to start your day. We were just a couple so we only used the downstairs but there is plenty of room for bigger familys and everyone will have their own bathroom for a small group of couples. Communication was great with easy to follow and clear instructions. The host fee does increase the advertising price but after experiencing the service we were happy to pay it.

The lay out is great for 3 couples (our son and DIL had to cancel last minute). Open concept living space is great for dinners and hanging out in the evening. The fenced back yard is a good size for the pups to go out. Walk to the beach is very easy which I was concerned about for our daughter but really easy. Host provided chairs, wagons and umbrellas are very nice and a great touch. The water hose and outdoor shower dog bowls etc etc. Too many amenities to mention all. Had coffee first morning before making it to grocery store. One of our favorite houses. Host also checked on us to make sure all was good. Can't say enough good things. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough. Highly recommended 👌
