Very comfy queen Murphy bed and a lofted queen bed sleep 4 people max. Walk out the back door to a private ocean front paradise with a 400 ft pier. The sandy beach entry is shallow water and perfect for kids and dogs to walk along. New pickleball court on side of home (14 ft wide). The end of the pier is deeper for boats to dock and fishermen to enjoy. Located in a residential neighborhood. Owners live upstairs in main home. Wifi is available.
