Weekly passes for a vehicle with up to 7 people is $25. The home has a full-size washer and dryer along with a very large butler pantry. The range is a natural gas cooktop and the home features a tankless water heater. The coffee maker is a Keurig. You'll have the whole home except one locked supply closet. Furnished with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a Daybed with trundle (2 twins) in the sunroom, which also has the laundry equipment. This is a great space for 2 children to sleep. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6, with a preference of no more than 4 adults (for your comfort). A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. Our home is completely sanitized between each guest. You'll have exclusive use of the backyard, patio table with seating. This home has no dishwasher or disposal. We will provide everything needed to wash by hand and disposable plates/cups if desired. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
