Stayed Nov 22, 2025Beautiful house so spacious three big bedrooms and baths , perfect for our family of sons and daughter with two children. Kitchen was supplied with everything you need. Would definitely return here again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This property did not disappoint, we had ages from 20-73 and each one of us enjoyed it. The women loved sitting in the updated kitchen/living area and the my dad doesn’t enjoy air conditioning so much so he spent so much time on the front and back porches reading his books. Bedrooms were great size and loved that it had that extra family room for someone to sleep in. The only small thing I would criticize is the driveway had a very steep slope and my parents did scrape their car underneath the first time they pulled in. Each time after we came in at an angle and it worked out great. If looking for a house within 10 miles to the beach in a really cute neighborhood I would suggest this one.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025It's hard to describe how clean, new, big, lovely and perfect this house is for a family vacation! First we couldn't believe the SPACE! It's huge and was great for us who had a grandmother with a walker... it was so easy for her to get around in the wide open spaces and big hallways. The house is basically brand new and the renovation is tight. It is just so nice. I loved how tidy and clutter-free the home was. It literally had everything we could need and more. We were especially surprised to find one master had an adjustable mattress which was again just so nice for our grandma. Amazing home, amazing yard, the neighborhood is gorgeous. I don't think we'll stay anywhere else when we come to Pensacola!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The house in the neighborhood are beautiful. It was very clean and in a very safe area. My sister and I were able to go for walks at night without fear.The house included everything that we needed. There’s plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable and clean. There are plenty of towels.The neighborhood had an Internet outage when we were there. They text us letting us know that they were aware of the issue and came over and installed a Verizon hotspot for us to use for the time being that worked great. Everyone was very attentive and friendly.

Stayed May 16, 2025The home has been beautifully renovated! We were very comfortable and all included supplies, sheets, towels, etc were top notch. It is a lovely neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. I would definitely recommend this home!

And, when I couldn't figure out how to work the front door key pad, someone from itrip answered the phone immediately and walked me through it. We would stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024This was a perfect home for our family to stay together as we had a funeral for our mother. We had sold our parents' home several years ago, so it was so nice to have a home that we could all be together again during this sad time. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was great to have our own space. The kitchen and living area was great for all of us. We also loved being able to enjoy the neighborhood and parks very close to the house. Thank you!
