PRIVATE HEATED POOL/SPA, PRIVATE BEACH, VOLLEYBALL & PICKLEBALL. BOAT DOCK

We had a very cold weekend in January, but the house provided a great cozy retreat. Hot tub was hot, kitchen was great and there were plenty games to keep us entertained.

The host was excellent and helpful. The place has all the fun activities and toys one could want. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was excellent.

This beach house was perfect for our family of 18. There was never a moment that we couldn’t find something to do - pickleball, ping pong, golf etc. From top to bottom the entire place was very clean. Responses from concierge were prompt. We would definitely stay here again

This house was amazing. Everything they said was provided was available and all in good condition. The space was perfect for our extended family to get together (8 adults and 5 kids) without anyone feeling like they were on top of each other. Super quick walk across the street to the beach. We have stayed many different places in Perdido over the years, this has been our favorite by far.

A beautiful property, location and amenities. However, house is in need of some maintenance and there are a lot of minor repairs needed. Some amenities were unable to be used at all. For the price I expect everything to function. Overall, a beautiful home and location. Pool & beach were gorgeous. A lot of stairs!! No cushions on outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable for a week. Canal & beach access is amazing. Wonderful place for family and children,

Beautiful property! We loved the pool and hot tub . We also enjoyed kayaking in the canal.

House was perfect for 3 families with lots of kiddos. Heated pool and hot tub were life savers since the weather was a little chilly. Lots of room to play and house had everything we needed from puddle jumpers for the pool to sand toys. Quick walk to the beach and short drive to Pensecola. Lindsey answered all our questions right away. We had a great time!

This house had everything we needed and then some. It was the perfect weekend house for a Winter getaway and look forward to coming back and enjoying it in the Summer.

3 families with college, high school, and elementary aged kids spent two weeks at this house. We loved everything about it. We started our days with morning pickleball and tennis at the courts that are in great shape. We spent lots of time kayaking and paddle boarding in the canal and bay; water access was awesome. The walk to the beach is short and the house has two beach wagons to haul coolers and games. The beach feels private with its location next to the state park, no high rises within a mile each way! Pool, hot tub and volleyball court make the house an easy place for the whole gang to hangout. House has toys for pool, courts, water, and beach. The kitchen is overstocked with everything you could possibly need. The management company was by far the best I’ve ever worked with thru a vrbo house. They were quick to respond and super helpful. I’d recommend this place to all my friends!

We had an awesome stay! Short walk to the beach was perfect and the pool and large hot tub were amazing!

This house was perfect! We had 10 adults and 8 kids. Everything was just as described. The walk to the beach was so easy and fast. We hope to come back!

We loved our stay here- this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in on our family vacations. Communication was so easy, the house was very clean & well cared for. The pool was awesome- the hot tub was relaxing and clean. I can’t think of one thing we needed that they didn’t have for us. I would happily plan another stay at this house with my family.

This was a lovely property with all rooms, amenities, and location just as described! It was absolutely perfect for our first ever big family reunion! The jellyfish stings and black fly bites at the beach weren’t part of the package so we spent a lot of time in the pool! (I had never been to the gulf during prime time for those before.) the pool was excellent — crystal clear and well-maintained. Both the manager and owner were easy to reach before and during the trip, and were an extra pleasure to work with due to our unique circumstances. My family so enjoyed our time there, I will definitely check for Bailey properties for our next get-together! Thank you Eric and Lindsey, for your kindness and welcoming attitude! This is a beautiful home, located at the perfect location. Just a very short walk across the street to the beach. We loved having volleyball, kayaks, paddleboard, fishing, the swimming pool all right there so we didn’t have to leave very much. It was perfect for us. The whole process of checking in and out was very easy. And the concierge always responded and helped us with whatever we needed, and it was in a timely manner.

This is our second time staying in a Baily property, second house. As always, everything was set up perfectly!! You can not beat this location!! It is close to everything, yet the beach feels private even during peak season!! We will continue to use Bailey properties for our yearly beach trips!

A great House, lots of space. Well equipped both inside and out. 11 of us had plenty of room to be together or apart. Pool is fantastic.

We loved our stay! The house was great! We enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool, playing tennis and pickleball and it was an easy walk to the beautiful uncrowded beach! Also, Lindsey was wonderful and answered any question we had. Highly recommend!!

This property is all it says and more. Our host Lindsey was so helpful when easy to communicate with. Plenty of activities for all ages. You don’t have to leave to entertain the kiddo’s. It’s all there. We will certainly be going back.
