This condo is #1104 in the Indigo East Building and features King Size beds in the Master BR and the Guest BR. This incredible 11th floor unit has been completely repainted, top to bottom. All carpet has been replaced with high end porcelain wood look plank tiles for aesthetics and cleanliness alike. Just as we did in our three other 2 BR condos at Indigo, we reconfigured the layout of furniture for the purpose of creating a media room / sleeper sofa room between the kitchen and the northside bonus balcony. While we still only allow 6 persons, this side room makes for a great way for some members of your group to go to sleep, yet still allow others in the living room to stay up and not give up that sofa. The sleeper sofa added for this room is a luxurious Natuzzi leather queen sleeper sofa with fabric straps (not hard bars) and a ultra luxury mattress. Although this side room does not have an entry door, it is a great way to get some of the advantages of a 3 BR condo, without actually renting a 3 BR condo.
