Guests are required before checking out to put them in the washer & have them washing when our team arrives. These towels are to be washed individually & by themselves. If guests damage, stain, or take the towels you will be responsible for replacing them. brbrFor your protection & ours, we have a Ring Camera at the front door & back of the home which records video & audio. Please do not cover or tamper with the camera in any way. If we see that the cameras have been covered or tampered with in any way, guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded for their stay. brbrCheck in is 4pm central on the day of arrival. Checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not guarantee early check-ins. By booking, guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check-in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Please do not show up to the house until you have been notified by our office that the house is ready for check in. If you are not out of the property by 10am additional charges will apply. brbrQuiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by neighbors that you are being disrespectful or disruptive, you could potentially be evicted with no refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors as not everyone is here on vacation.brbrFailure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guests will result in additional charges. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.brbrThis is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $500 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $500 fine. brbrThis property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout, if this has not been done, you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.brbrPlease note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night-brOne roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.brbrWe respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection, if furniture is moved around not put back, additional charges will apply.brbrThe damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges. brbrThere is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.
