The location of this home to the beach and other amenities is what sets No Shoes No Shirt No Problems apart from the rest. The home is less then 50 yards from beach walkover 1 for easy access to and from the water. It is also a short walk to either the main pool or the beach front pool. In the main home you will be greeted by a oversized screened in front porch that is perfect for lounging outside and having coffee and cocktails. Once inside there is an oversized living room / dining room that seats 8 with 4 barstools that are sat at the kitchen island. This is a perfect spot to grab a meal or hang out and watch a game. On the bottom floor there are two suite bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with a king sized bed each with full baths. Upstairs there is a master suite that is an oversized king bed with attached office. The master bath has a soaking tub and a beautiful stand up shower with his and her sinks. The furniture in the home is top of the line, from Restoration Hardware to Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. This home is one that will not disappoint and making you want to return time after time.
