Stayed May 22, 2021We loved our stay here! The owner communicated very well and the house is lovely. It is so close to the beach walkover that you feel as if you are right there! The bedrooms with the high ceilings are all wonderful and the office area on the second floor was so needed and welcome for working from home while the family is on vacation. The carriage house was the perfect addition to spread out a little more, too! The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great layout with the dining and living room right by it. It is a wonderful home!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The home was a good fit for our family (6 adults, 5 kids). Communication with the home owner before and during the stay was great! Very quick access to beach and Bellevue Park pool (located within community). Though we packed our own beach supplies, there were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs and other beach toys available in a small shed. Our main frustration- limited space to store our own items we packed once we arrived (especially in the Carriage house). Most closets and cabinets (in all rooms) were filled with the owners personal items.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The layout worked out really well for our group. Carillon Beach is a very quiet and relaxed area and we loved the beach and the pickleball courts. The house is super close to the beach so even on hot days it didn't feel like a long walk back to the house. We have some short people in our group and some of us had trouble reaching the dishes in the glass cabinet above the kitchen counter, but that just meant that the tall people in our group had to put the dishes away! Overall the house is well-stocked, but I would suggest a 12 count muffin tin and a couple of 9 x 13 baking dishes or pans as potential additions to the kitchen that would be helpful. I highly recommend this house and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!
