Stayed Dec 30, 2025We throughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The owners have it decorated nicely. The kitchen has many kitchen utensils and small appliances. The views are breathtaking. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025My family and I had the best time here! Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and cookware needed to cook in the room. The view was breathtaking. We had perfect weather! The elevators were quick. I like how the property is gated so we felt very safe here. The walk to the beach was very short. The room comes with two sets of beach chairs for your stay. We definitely enjoyed these. The guy who you speak to about them was very nice and checked on us multiple times throughout the week. We had one issue with the guest bathroom toilet. From the time I texted David until it was fixed was less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again! We come to PCB every year, sometimes multiple times a year, and the Princess has truly exceeded our expectations

Stayed May 11, 2025This is the second time we have stayed here and we still love it. The location is great and not very busy and the check-in is super fast and easy. And this time we found out how fast building maintenance responds when we had a beeping smoke alarm (battery was dead) - it was very fast. The owner is also very quick to respond to any messages. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed May 15, 2024This condo was the perfect place for me and my wife to stay. Right on the beach and not crowded. The condo itself had plenty of room and primary bedroom and bathroom where very nice. We bought groceries and cooked our meals and the kitchen was more than sufficient for the two of us. Owner was easy to reach and talk to as well as the rental office being in the same building. Would stay here again.
