The 1175 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professionally manicured landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area, a sunset deck, communal charcoal BBQ. Parking and a bike rack are included. Our 2nd floor corner unit is ideal in this building--high enough for a view of the ocean, with only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves!brbrOur beach is not crowded, like some others in the 30a area. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront. brbrSplendid panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel armchairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel!
