Gorgeous 11th Floor, Corner Unit, 4 Bdrm Condo, Two Sets of FREE Beach Chairs

Lots of room for eight people and we love the very large balcony with perfect views of the water. Great location as well with many restaurants and. activities within walking distance. The unit is very spacious and the owner provides games that us big kids enjoyed playing. The staff was also amazing and quickly resolved any issues that arose. I would definitely come back! The condo unit was excellent. The location is great. The condo rental agent was awesome. The building had numerous problems though. One elevator out of service for the entire week we were there. On the last day of our trip only one out of three elevators was working. I did not like paying a lot of money for a condo to walk up stairs for 11 floors. Also, fire alarm testing/work was going on for three days during our trip and we had a rude fire alarm technician banging on our door early in the morning and his attitude was quickly corrected by my wife.

Condo was clean, well stocked and maintained. Group of 5 ladies with plenty of room. Close to good restaurants. Only complaint was the elevator situation. 1 of the 3 was out of service. Long wait time upon arrival. Other than the elevator issue it was a wonderful location.

The balcony furniture has been upgraded and was great for large family dinners. The beach was not too crowded for this condo like others. Great experience overall!

Room was great. Clean and organized. Only thing we found was the ice maker in the fridge did not work but we managed just fine buying a couple of bags of ice. Loved the location. Less crowded on the beach than others I’ve stayed at. Chair rental guy was great too. We will stay here again definitely.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen accessories we needed as well. The view was amazing. I enjoyed waking up each morning and just looking out into the gulf. The only issue we had was the rudeness of the beach attendants handling the chairs and umbrellas that came with the unit. In our last day they sold the chairs we used all week to other people. They entered our check out date incorrectly. Rather than fixing the issue with me the gentleman got on his four wheeler cursing, drove to his stand, continues to help others while he sold the number right in front of me that I used all week rather than trying to help me (who was there first) then tried to move me to the far end which I explained my parents were disable and could not walk that far. Him and the other gentleman on speaker phone stated it wasn’t their problem they were disable as he continued to curse and had the nerve to say I was rude. Needless to say we left the beach that day! Unprofessional

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. So hard to find a 4 bedroom condo on the beach and it was just what we needed for 7 people including 3 couples. The walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had on any beach trip. So convenient! The little extras included in the rental were a huge plus. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
