The unit doesn't have a private balcony, but there are balconies with seating at the end of each hallway in the common area. The unit has one bathroom with a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower/tub. We provide one bath towel (not to be used at the pool or beach) and one wash cloth per person, one small shampoo, one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. We do not provide daily housekeeping or linen exchange services, but there is a laundry room on-site, and we do encourage bringing any required extra linens/bedding. The cost of any damage, any items removed or missing from the unit, unapproved early check-in fees, late check-out fees, excessive cleaning fees and return shipping fees for any personal items left will be charged to the guest. If you damage anything during your stay, report it to the host in writing immediately, and before you check out. A fee will be charged and your party is subject to expulsion if these rules are broken.brbrIf at any time you or your party members are asked to leave by Security, the Condo Association, Staff or Management, NO REFUND will be issued. The guest shall, at their expense, and throughout the period of the rental, keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition and repair. The guest acknowledges that at commencement of the rental the property is in good and substantial repair except for any defect the guest may report to the host during the first day of the rental.brbrAny unsafe or dangerous conditions must be reported to the host immediately. The guest acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at the guest's risk. The guest shall indemnify and save harmless the host against and from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities arising from any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use of the rental property. The guest assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the rental for the period stated.
