This is a one room, one full bath detached unit with a private entrance. Its small but has the basics. It has a counter top, mini fridge, microwave, two comfy chairs as seen in photo, a comfy queen bed, and comes with a Keurig stocked with cups and powdered milk. There is not a tv due to the space. Its a safe and quiet place to rest for travelers. Wifi has been sufficient to stream on your own personal devices. brbrAbout the area: Charming and full of character, located in the Park at Lake Highland Neighborhood. This 1920s property hosts a rear guest house for visiting guests. This area is surrounded with hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of 1 mile vicinity. It is an excellent place to walk or bike to many of the local nooks such as Mills 50, Ivanhoe Village, Thorton Park, Lake Eola and College park. Rated #1 neighborhood in Central Florida.brbrbrJust walked down the historic brick path onto the patio that leads to the guest house. There is a side yard with a chimnea fireplace they can also be used with caution. There is an oak tree swing that is pretty to use it anytime of day.brbrCommonly asked questions:br-2 people cannot stay here long term, it is too small.br-No there is not a kitchen, it does have mini fridge and microwave.br-NO PETS, dont ask. br-Unit has separate detached entrance from main home.br-Absolutely no smoking of any kind.br-Discounts are built in. br-There is not any room for a tv so laptops for netflix are encouraged should you desire.
