The view from this coastal home is amazing! The bi-level deck is large enough for the biggest family and is where you will spend all your time. The living space is surrounded by glass windows and doors which gives the kitchen, living room and dining room a great view of the water. Three full bathrooms are located downstairs along with both of the king bedrooms. Upstairs is a large loft with 2 queen beds and a queen futon. This small community of 10 units shares a pool and tennis/pickleball court. The entire unit was renovated in 2016 - check out the pictures. It looks even better in person.

Lots of love went into this cottage!brThere's a park across with the street with tennis courts, soccer field, skatepark, playgound, basketball courts etc. so we've included tennis rackets and balls, basket ball, football, and even a kite. There's beach towels and boogie boards to take to the beach and a collapsible wagon to make life easy when transporting all the goodies. There's even room to park your boat in the driveway.
