Located 1/4 mile north of Flager Ave making it a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Each bedroom has access to one of the two balconies. One ocean facing balcony and one intercoastal facing balcony. We just finished a complete paint job just in time for 4th of July 2020. Bedroom carpeting was replaced in April 2021. The rest of the unit is tiled. We are in the building so if you have any concerns we are here to help you out. There is a ring doorbell to assist with entry if needed with electronic lock entry.
