Our unit is located on the first floor, just steps from the gorgeous pool and summer kitchen, and has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway and Disappearing Island. There 110 units, in five buildings, in Inlet Harbor Villas and is wonderfully maintained by Sentry Management. Amenities include gated community for privacy, two great tennis courts, pet walking area, bicycle racks, covered parking (an ours is right at our front door), large pool and deck, summer kitchen, three well maintained stainless gas grills, and docks for private fishing. The floor plan is very open, with stone tile floors throughout, and glass window wall sliders facing the pool and waterway. There are sliding plantation shutters to provide privacy. In the living room area there are three reclining chairs in the leather sectional and a large flat screen TV.
