Beautiful Condo with an Ocean View | Steps from Pool & Beach

We love staying at Sea Coast Gardens. Condo was clean, well stocked, convenient to pool and beach access. With not being allowed to run AC lower than 74 during the day, condo needs a ceiling fan in the living room. With condo being poolside and having an ocean view, would rent again.

This the second time we’ve stayed on the first floor at Sea Coast Gardens III and we are very pleased. Condo was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. The pools are clean and not crowded. The beach is spectacular and so close! It’s paradise. Thank you!!!

Love location Could have used more forks in the kitchen, otherwise it was well supplied Bathrooms had been updated, but both toilets needed to be secured They were sliding all over bathrooms Dangerous

Although our condo was nice, the condo management here is very unfriendly and inflexible There are rules posted everywhere and the manager walks around strictly enforcing them. She even hired a pool monitor for the week but still would walk around telling the monitor who was breaking rules. No floats in pool other than noodles so they actually told a parent that there four year old she couldn’t use her kickboard. No balls so told a father with teenage son that were passing a football in an empty pool they couldn’t. Literally no one else in the pool they were in! There are two pools and maybe 5 people were in the heated one. no were close to them. Can’t have a drink within 4 feet of pool so can’t sit on the edge with a drink in a yeti or a beer can. Here's an idea...maybe make one pool an activity pool so kids can actually play and be kids. They say they are pet friendly but you can't walk your dog anywhere on the property. Must go off property and can’t use beach either. (We didn’t have pet but found this ridiculous to say pet friendly). They even have a dress code at the pool if they think you suit is too revealing. The older people do water aerobics in the morning and even though only 4-5 people participate.....no one else is allowed in pool. The actual unit was well equipped. The only negative is even though you pay a high cleaning fee...you have to wash your beach towels before you leave or get charged extra. No big deal if washer/dryer in unit but there isn't. There is one washer per floor in each building and you have to make sure you have enough quarters. Everyone leaves on weekends so it is a waiting game for a washer to open up. I would rate this condo a 4 1/2 stars but for the condo management. Although the unit was nice, I do not consider this place family friendly and would not recommend staying here

Unit was clean but smelled of stale smoke. It was a none smoking unit so I an not sure why.

New Smyrna Beach is the best! Away from the horrible Gulf Coast traffic. With SeaCoast Condominiums right on the ocean, you never have to drive or walk to enjoy the beach. However, this property is old and dated and this unit is in desperate need of some upgrades to make it nicer and it wasn't real clean. And they're no longer pet- friendly so we won't and can't return. Would not recommend this unit.

Well maintained and clean. Really only complaint was beds were very uncomfortable.

This is a great condo right next to the pool. My grandson loved being able to look out the window and see everyone outside swimming. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed for a great trip to the beach. I would not hesitate to go back again.
