Stayed Jan 21, 20252nd time we have stayed in this home. Beautifully decorated well stocked condo. Love the location next to the river. Daily opportunities to see dolphins playing. Hanging out with the pelicans while fishing off the dock. Enjoy watching the boats go by. Easy walk to the beach and the dog park. Gorgeous sunsets

Stayed Jan 24, 2024Beautifully decorated condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Great amenities. Great location next to the dunes and the beach. Awesome sunsets. Spent almost every low tide on the docks watching the dolphins in the near by cove. We had a great winter get away.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023This place was awesome . It had a beautiful location and we loved walking the dunes park every day fishing was a breeze on the dock and there were so many interesting fish kept us very busy. Was a bit crowded at Flagler but that was because it was Bikers week and spring vacation got nice and calm again after that was over. The place was so nice and so well equipped. The condo is located right outside the door with the pool. I would love to vacation there again soon. Tom was very helpful.

The view is amazing, sailboats sailing, watching the dolphin play, seagulls soaring, steps from the pool, and a beautiful condo all made the best season we’ve enjoyed in Florida. Everything we needed & wanted was magically at our fingertips. We booked for 2022 after just a weeks stay! Highly recommend this condo!

Stayed Jun 28, 2021This unit exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, it smelled and looked freshly cleaned. The decorations are beautiful, and the pictures don’t do the view justice. It was a huge perk to be able to walk out to the pool and to the dock where we often saw dolphins. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Tom’s place is fantastic. A perfect retreat for anyone looking for a vacation or getaway. A view of the Indian river leading out to Ponce Inlet lighthouse including a great pool and marina. You will love your stay here!
