As such, there is a fun vintage dining set and china cabinet set alongside an original canvas that has bright and fun colors which is a real showpiece! There is a flowing countertop with a large island and you'll notice the lack of upper cabinets and a traditional/freezer - this was purposefully done to take advantage of the natural light coming from behind the kitchen and to create an open concept. Additional appliances including a built-in lower cabinet height and width fridge, a beverage fridge, and an icemaker, are all seamlessly built into the lower cabinets. brbrThere is access to two pools. The private pool and pool deck in the back yard are the main features of the outside of the home. Both of these were completely resurfaced in 2022 with all-new smooth travertine tile which does not get hot to the touch making it comfortable to walk barefoot around the pool! There is a 4-top table with an umbrella, outside flat-screen TV and chairs as well as 4 oversized chaise lounges with an umbrella on the pool deck. Guests can use the gas grill which is cleaned in between each of our guests.brbrThere is another heated club pool down the road that guests can use along with the tennis and pickle ball courts. There is also a boat ramp, basketball court, playground and dog walking area. brbrAll of the TVs in the home are smart TVs and guests can easily connect to their streaming service of choice -please note Cable is not part of the TV package but high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer inside the garage for guests' use. The garage is not available for guest parking but the driveway is spacious. My favorite thing about this house is that it is very walkable. It is 5 houses away from Vanderbilt Drive and one half mile to Vanderbilt beach. It has high ceilings and beachy colors. There are plenty of pillows and extra sheets for all beds. The pool is wonderful and surrounded by plants. It has just been converted to saltwater.brbr1700 square foot home with vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Open floor plan with bar with stools, dining area for 6, spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and access to lanai. The beautiful white kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of fry pans, pots of every size (largest ones above the refrigerator) and bakeware galore. The pantry is also stocked with spices. The pool is surrounded by plants and is private. Internet and WIFI available. There is a CD player on lanai. Master bedroom and twin bedroom are equipped with a 42 flat screen TV and living room have 60' flat screen TV and second bedroom has a 24' flat screen TV. brbrThe Mercato is one mile away as is Publix, CVS, many restaurants and shopping. Downtown Naples is about 10 miles away and is worth the trip. It is known for its art festivals, music festivals and wonderful choices in restaurants and shopping.
