Charming 3BR Lake Home w/ Pool, Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Dave and Kristy are amazing host. Communication was spot on. The house was very comfortable and very quiet. Location was great and beautiful . The pool and outdoors were the best very relaxing and very private. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is one of the few rentals I stayed at that looked just like the pictures - it’s extremely clean and a perfect relaxation spot in Naples. My parents and I really enjoyed staying here. The owner, Dave, was beyond accommodating and responded extremely quick. I highly recommend staying here!

The place is beautiful, the view even better than the pictures! Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the back patio as much as planned due to cold temps, we sure enjoyed waking up to the view every morning and enjoying the passing wildlife. Location is great as well. The place is close to beach, shops, anything you’d need. The host communicated in a timely manner to address any questions we had. Will certainly be returning!

The house was exactly as advertised and the backyard, pool, and jacuzzi is clearly the star. It is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood but with easy access to main attractions in the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent location. Nice and quiet, very walkable, and near enough to the things you’ll need. Found a great church nearby as well. Very responsive host. Well equipped home. We would love to return in the future. This was our very first VRBO.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property and location were fantastic & the views out over the lake so peaceful & relaxing. The property really felt like home rather than a rental & all communication from Dave the host was first class. We hope to return again soon!

We had a great time visiting Naples and feel lucky that we found this house. Responsive hosts, no surprises, pictures provided exact detail of the house and location close to everything you would need. The pool and surroundings is absolutely beautiful and private. The pool/spa area is the star of this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture is modern and kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very responsive to queries. Some minor issues in bathrooms, which can easily be fixed. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation house! This house and property have everything you could need for your stay. You will not be disappointed. The house is nicely renovated and very comfortable. You can see the lake from almost everywhere in the house. The outdoor area and view are gorgeous! Great covered area. Heated pool is beautiful. Firepit is great as well. Communication with the owner Dave is flawless. Would not hesitate to rent again
