Our 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath completely screened in home has 3 levels and over 3,500 sq ft of I livable space makes for an island playground. The lower level is screened and has direct access to the back yard. The pool area includes a large pool with heater, waterfall, hot tub, BBQ and bar area. The ground floor also has a 1 Bedroom with en-suite kitchenette and bath. brbrThe second floor is accessible via front staircase or spiral staircase from pool deck. There is no elevator at this property. This level provides all the living area you and your family need to spread out, it includes the large living room with two sitting areas. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining room with a large island and four comfortable bar stools. The dining table has 6 chairs and can seat up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to make a great home cooked meal. The kitchen and dining room also have expansive views of the gulf.
