Private Waterfront home with pool and hot tub with large dock in Isle of Capri

We love the location, the size and layout of the house gives grandparents, parents and teenagers plenty of room to come together without crowding. The neighborhood is lovely and the nearby beaches terrific!

If you like boating and fishing, this is the best place there is. Rent a boat from Mike at Capri Marina and keep it at the house. It's well worth it. Go to Coconut Island or Key Waydin at high tide and see dolphins, manatees, in beautiful clear water just minutes from the dock. The kakaks are great for those more adventitious easily getting into the mangroves. Fishing is great just about everywhere. Oh yeah, the house is great but I spend my time on the water.

What a lovely home and location. Just minutes from the Marco area water wonderland by boat or car. Perfect family place with so many private, comfortable rooms. The pool and patio are awesome.

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely perfect—tucked in a peaceful area but still close to everything. One of the best parts? Watching the sunset every evening from the back patio or, if you want a truly breathtaking view, head up to the third floor. It was like having front-row seats to the most beautiful show in town.The house itself is spacious, airy, and well laid out—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. We had a small issue with the pool heater, but Daniel, the owner, was amazing. He responded quickly and had it resolved right away. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests are comfortable and taken care of.All in all, this stay was a dream. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

We had a great time on the Isle of Capri. Have stayed many times on Marco Island, but we wanted something more laid back with quick access to the best boating waters. This house and location were perfect. Daniel the manager was also very responsive.

Great space, nice layout. Spacious well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds, good linens, plenty of towels for the house and outside. Lots of different areas to hang out. And less than 15 minutes to get out to the Gulf and onto beautiful beaches.

House was great. Everyone enjoyed the house and being on the water.

The house location and size with what it has to offer is good. The problem is it has many things that need fixed and repaired. It’s worn, we expected better based upon the pictures online. We will not stay there again.

We had the best time at this house. The location is perfect and we really loved the pool and jacuzzi. The home is beautiful! Look forward to visiting again next year.

Great setup for family fun!

The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. (4 adults, 2 kids) The downstairs room is its own separate apartment which was great for my brother to have his own space. The pool and hot tub area was one of our favorite spots to relax/play after boating all day. The screend in back porch kept the mosquitos out so the outdoors were able to be enjoyed. We watched sunsets and storms from the top deck. Having the dock and direct access to the gulf was AMAZING!!! We had dolphins swimming in the canal directly behind the house. The location overall was wonderful. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants. We really enjoyed the Isles of Capri Fish House with live music, a mini beach area and great food/service. All the neighbors we met were so friendly and helpful. The drive to Marco Island was quick and easy. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Being able to store our boat trailer on property was a bonus. We only had 2 cars so parking was easy. There were umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Overall we had the best trip. I can not wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean and spacious! It was a monsoon rain event so the pool/hot tub area saved us from boredom. Questions were answered promptly.

We loved our stay at this house that is very conveniently located on a canal.The pool and hot tub were great and our family had a wonderful time kayaking. Being on Isle of Capri is so quiet and relaxing. And the restaurants are so close. We got used to all the stairs. And it worked out because I just had the kids run all the stuff up and down the stairs. ?
