Start off your morning walking down the street to one of the fantastic breakfast spots, then come back and sit in the courtyard and enjoy all the vegetation as the day gets going. Around back you have a screened in porch, amazing yard with citrus trees and string lights, providing even more room for friends and family. This beach cottage has an abundance of history and undeniable character. brbrLocated within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr.!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as far as beach access goes. There are no high-rise buildings around and the closest public beach access is past Pompano Joes which makes our private beach access much less crowded than other spots. Also, within walking distance there are multiple restaurants such as Pompano Joes, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen. brbrWe have the best housekeeping staff in the area.
