Welcome to Miramar Beach Jewel! We love this home’s shiplap interior and beachy vibe. Its 2636 square feet are spread out on three levels with a living room that opens onto a great pool and backyard. A great spot for groups of 18 or less!

Our five favorite things about this house:

1. The gated community. This home sits behind security gates in an intimate little Miramar Beach community where every home is unique.

2. The location. You can walk up to the white sand beach in less than 10 minutes.

3. The backyard. As a corner unit, this home has no neighbors to one side and gets great sunlight. At night, string lights create a cool atmosphere, for outdoor dinners and late night conversations on the patio.

4. The bunk room. We took advantage of the size of the bunk room to create a cool play space with two arcade games, along with board games, tic-tac-toe, and other fun distractions for kids to dive into.

5. The design. Our designers did an amazing job complementing the homes shiplap interior with stylish, comfortable, and kid friendly furnishings.

Located in Northwest Florida, Destin is dubbed the “world's luckiest fishing village.” This Emerald Coast city is known for its sparkling white beaches, numerous golf courses, and world-famous fishing. Nearby zipline courses, dolphin cruises, and amusement parks make it a perfect destination for families. Adults and large groups also come here for beach parties during the day and live music at night.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- Please note: Guests using the neighborhood community pool must wear the provided pool bands and must not take them home; a fee will be charged for any missing bands upon checkout.

Parking Details:
- Parking for vehicles is limited to the driveway boundary only. No vehicles shall be parked on any streets, sidewalks, lawns, or vacant lots. Violations of the parking policy will result in towing at the owner's expense, without notice. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that emergency vehicles have clear access through the streets at all times.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

    The house was great, the pool was great, the patio table, patio furniture and cushions need to be cleaned. The location was great a short drive to the beach and the neighborhood was well secured and a nice place to walk our pet.

    Beautiful property and in a beautiful beach neighborhood. Backyard was really a small piece of heaven for our family each afternoon after a long stretch at the beach each day.

    Staying with Overmoon was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had! Their team was amazing and the communication was top notch! The house itself was in an amazing location and absolutely beautiful! Very clean and so much room for a big group! They truly thought of everything you could possibly need with their rentals! I would 100% recommend staying at any of the Overmoon locations!!

    The house is extremely well equipped & clean. Very thoughtful touches are found throughout- play pen, high chair, booster seat, dog bowls, waffle iron, games, children’s books, etc. My first frustration was with the listing being titled “golf cart rental.” That implies to me that it is included, Nowhere in the listing does it indicate that the golf cart is an add on. Overmoon was happy to sell you this, and many other add-ons in what felt like bait-and-switch and nickle-and-dime. My second frustration was with the distance from the house to the beach. The advertised location for the “10 minute walk” to a beach access seems to be straight up false advertising. There is no public access at the marked location, and no access codes were provided for the private beach access at that location (despite many inquiries). The only beach access you will find are public beach access points about a mile away, where traffic, parking and crowds are extensive (at least in the summer). The listing mentions “beach chairs and umbrella are provided”. Be advised this only means that 4 beach chairs and an umbrella are in a closet outside. Chair service was available at the nearest public beach (Pompano Joes) for 60/set/day. The home’s interior was very clean. Unfortunately, you could not open a door for a second without multiple houseflies coming inside. The outdoor trash cans were maggot factories as one had apparently been neglected for some time by whomever puts them out.

    This property was amazing!! It had everything we needed. I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home was the cleanest I’ve ever rented! My family and I felt so comfortable and loved having a private pool to swim in whenever we wanted. The location was fantastic and we could walk to the beach, coffee, food, and ice cream. It was 10 stars and we honestly didn’t want to leave.
