Seascape is one of the original developments in Destin and features 4-unit cottages situated around the Seascape golf course in a beautiful setting. This unit is on the lower level across from the pond on the golf course. The beach is within walking distance (approximately 3/10 of a mile). Right behind the unit are free pickle ball courts. There are 5 swimming pools throughout the complex, one of which is located behind the pickleball courts. Tennis is free (need reservations) and golf is available for a fee. The unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed plus two additional bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 and one with 2 single beds).
