This is the only studio with wheelchair access in the unit. The place has nice couch, king bed with toaster, mini fridge, silver ware and complimentary coffee/water starter packs.brI am providing you the best and upgraded King mattress for your comfortable sleep. I expect you to love it.brThere is no check in process, go to your unit and unlock with door code that I provide, and you can check-in any time after 4PM. This house is located about 500 yards from the beach, or approximately an 8-9 minute easy walk. brbrThe back yard is fully fenced in and the patio features a gas grill, 2 dining tables with umbrellas and 12 chairs as well as 6 poolside lounge chairs for sunbathing. There are towel racks on the exterior wall with 24 hooks for all your wet towels and bathing suits. brbrThe primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms have king sized beds with ceiling fans (total of 3 king beds), and the 4th bedroom has a quadruple twin L-shaped bunk bed. Each bedroom has a 32 Smart TV with DVD player, and the primary has a 43 Smart TV with DVD player. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the front room. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
