This place was fabulous! The host went well above what was expected to accommodate our requests. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook in more than we expected. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool with privacy was amazing! The walk to the beach was easy and the provided chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated. This place provided the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would stay here again if we were coming to this area.

This house was amazing. Very spacious and very accommodating. Any and everything we need was present in the home. From the bedrooms, to the kitchen and the pool area, anything we could have thought of was there and ready for our use. From pool toys, an outdoor kitchen to beach chairs and carts. It was all there. Beautiful and phenomenal home. And not only was the house perfect, so was the host!!! She answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and even made great suggestions to make our stay even better. Mrs Julie is truly a gifted host and she gets nothing but 5 stars from my family and I!! We will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and stocked with things you need I gave a four star because quite of few clean had stains and holes in them and beds had a sinkhole in the middle of at least 3 of the bedrooms so beds were not very comfortable but my overall stay was great owner communication was great and pleasant I would recommend the property but I also recommend new mattress and towels other than that great property.

We have traveled and stayed in many houses this one by far was our favorite . We absolutely loved the house and the area. Julia was amazing she was easy to get ahold of . We will most definitely be back.

House was amazing with everything you need. Lots of beach towels and any kitchen item you can think of. Easy walk to the beach. Julie and Kyle fantastic to work with!

Well stocked house-and great location. Some small issues like dirty comforter in one of the rooms, makeup stained towels. Had a lot of rain and had to keep cleaning the pool-someone should have come and had some backup plumbing issues-not the owners fault, but the plumbers threw nasty towels on the floor and left so we had to rearrange some rooms

The property exceeded our expectations! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The house and guest house smelled clean and were spotless. Everything functioned as it should. Well stocked kitchen for a very large family of 19.We were so thankful for the extra refrigerator in the guest house garage! The pool was amazing. We chose to have it heated for the week which turned out to be an awesome decision. The grandkids spent HOURS in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and toys to keep them busy! Plenty of towels/linens. The property had plenty of extra of beach chairs/wagons. The outdoor kitchen/grill was a perfect meeting place to cook and just hang out! Short walk to the beach, stores and souvenir shops! Minutes from Win Dixie grocery store. We even tried Skippers seafood boil which didn't disappoint! Julie was an awesome host. Available for quick responses to a couple of questions!We are already planning another trip for next year!

We had a large group of all ages and everyone had everything they needed for the perfect vacation. The house is large with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very close to the beach and quiet enough to relax. I have no complaints 10/10

We had never been to this area before, but after reading the reviews on this house we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Beautiful, clean home with an amazing pool & outdoor entertainment area. If it weren't for the beautiful beaches within walking distance, I don't think we would've ever left the house! The houses are close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard felt very private. It was also very quiet in the house, especially considering that it was a very busy spring break week. More than enough beach chairs, towels, coolers, & wagons for use at the beach. Just a few things I personally like to know when renting a VRBO...the kitchen had all the appliances you could need, an entire bar cart, & had a couple of spices & some pepper. Only one roll of paper towels provided. Bathrooms had only one extra roll of toilet paper. There are 2 sets of washers & dryers which was great & they did have a couple pods available. These are not complaints at all, especially since there is a grocery store right down the street, just helps me to know these things when planning! We had one issue during our stay & Julie was easy to get ahold of & took care of it immediately! We would absolutely go back to this area & this house & would highly recommend it to anyone!

Everything about this property was FANTASTIC. GREAT indoor spaces, GREAT outdoor space, GREAT kitchen, GREAT location. The Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you for making our family holiday special!

This was the perfect property for our family. My wife and I are in our 70's and retired. We stayed in the guest house, while our adult married children had their own rooms in the main house and the grandchildren all slept in the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We made daily use of the covered outdoor patio and kitchen area. The pool was FABULOUS!!! We opted to have it heated and was the perfect temperature for our stay during Christmas week. Everyone spent a lot of time in the pool. We only needed to contact the property manager once with an issue with a bedroom window. Jule responded immediately. Kyle arrived within an hour and took care of the problem. Overall we are extremely satisfied. Everyone totally enjoyed our vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

We loved our stay here for our family gathering. The propertywas just as pictured on the VRBO site. Our property manager, Julie, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our visit. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much for a great experience!

This is one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in!!!! Everything was better than we could have imagined. We definitely recommend this home to anyone coming into the Miramar area!

We loved the house

The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

This house was beyond our expectations. It was so beautiful. Everyone had their own bathrooms and space. The pool was large and the outdoor area was a great family place. The beach was a great location. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

We had such a wonderful time at Julie's house! Julie truly was an exceptional host, making sure everything was perfect before our arrival. The house was spotless.We can't wait to visit again!
