There is a neighborhood pool, gas grill and gym for you to use. Even though we are not on the beach we are a 9 minute golf cart ride away to Sandestin Private beach access. Our home faces directly south, and therefore has a delightful steady ocean breeze that can be enjoyed from our 500 square feet of covered porches. Our cottage has a spacious living area that includes the kitchen, dining, and great room with a 30 foot ceiling along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Additionally we are offering our 6 seater and 4 seater golf carts(considering they are in working order do to other renters taking care of them) so you might have easy convenient access and fully enjoy the multitude of world class Sandestin amenities, including the beach, Baytowne Wharf, marina, tennis, and golf. Ocean Breeze Cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the resort just minutes away. Master Bedroom: Located on the main level, a King-size bed with it’s own private access to the front porch along with a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2: Located on the main level, this is a perfect room for guests with King size bed along with a private full bathroom. There is also a door that goes out to the wrap around porch from this bedroom. Bedroom 3: Located on the upper level, with NEW AC unit installed just for that room, you feel as if you are in your own private quarters. This suite contains a 2 queen beds. This room also has its own bathroom with a shower and tub along with a nice walk in closet. This room is perfect for teens! Laundry Room: Located on the main level and is equipped with stacked washer and dryer units. Kitchen: Located on the main level and equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Great Room: A bright cheery room with two story vaulted ceiling and French doors opening out to the wrap around porch. There is a nice neighborhood pool and grill along with a workout room and restrooms for your use during your stay. We share our beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys for the beach and boggy boards - please bring them back. Please provide your own beach towels there are usually some extra for our air travelers. New play pack has been added(bring your own sheets). PARKING for TWO cars only plus golf carts. STRICTLY NO PETS and No SMOKING please!!
