In the event there is a maintenance problem with any of the facilities located within the Premises; the Owner will take all reasonable steps to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified in writing. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, water, heater/filtration systems, air conditioning, television/cable service, internet (Wi-Fi), appliances, etc. Please note that internet (Wi-Fi) is a service offered by the building and the Owner is not responsible for any failure of this service. The Owner is only responsible for reporting problems with the internet (Wi-Fi).
