Set Sail at 5 is located on South 38th Street, 200 yards to the beach with no roads to cross. It is a ground level townhome with the open living space with living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath on the bottom floor and the 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Beyond the kitchen door, you’ll find a fenced patio with outdoor dining even complete with a ceiling fan hanging from the pergola to help move the afternoon air around. On the 2nd floor, both bedrooms have their own private deck each with its own gulf view. The deck off of Bedroom 1 is a little smaller with a minimal gulf view, but the deck to the rear of the townhouse off of Bedroom 2 is a larger sundeck with furniture and more visible gulf views.
