Stayed Jun 22, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lovely Day in Mexico Beach! The house is beautiful, clean and well-stocked. We spend a lot of time grilling and cooking on vacation, and we were so happy to have everything that we needed. There is a very nice closet with beach items to borrow as well. The owner was a great communicator, but did not “hover”. The house is just a very short walk to the beach with a beautiful ocean view and the pool was the perfect size for our family with a great area to relax. I would suggest stopping along the way to stock up on food (or have it delivered), as the area is quaint and quiet, which we loved! There are a few small stores in the area for last-minute items, but not enough to stock up. There was a small glitch with the elevator at the beginning, but we were very lucky and it was fixed quickly. I would not suggest that anyone who is elevator-dependent stay here though, just in case! We would highly suggest this property, and would definitely go there again!!
