Nice balcony with decent beach view. Excellent accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

We had a great time for spring break! Condo just as expected. Super easy to walk across the street to the beach. We loved visiting Port St. Joe daily! Places I’d recommend are St. Joe nutrition-my girls loved their loaded tea and smoothie bowls! We went daily! Shipwreck was great! Their crab legs were 20 cheaper than Krazyfish & great drinks! Krazyfish- although more expensive, the vibe was unmatched. Bad mamma jamma- sooo good huge portions Mango Marley’s -good but not my favorite by far. We will definitely be back to this condo!

The condo had a beautiful side view of the water. This was the most stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Host was very responsive. We would definitely rebook here.

Amazing view of the water from the balcony. The condo was decorated beautifully. There was ample parking. The host communication was impeccable. Ther were 2 different beach access spots directly across the street. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and maintained. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need to make a meal. There was even a bar area with a guide book for making cocktails. Just needed the liquor. It was thebest furnished condo i have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Condo is lovely and overall the stay was very good. The condo was stocked with everything we needed except there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms. My only issues were the cleaning crew could pay closer attention to the floors and under the beds for the dust. The balcony had a pile of dead insects in a corner and when a gust of wind came it blew them all over the balcony.

Amazing! The unit was very clean upon arrival. Everything you need for your stay is there. Kitchen is well stocked for anything you would need including bbq grill utensils. Our host was available answering any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo itself is very spacious and well laid out. The furniture and beds very comfortable. Loved spending time on the balcony in the morning and and later at night doing some stargazing and listening to waves roll in. The beach view is great from the balcony! Very quiet and private. We had a great time here, got lots of rest and sun. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking spend time in Mexico Beach!

Very clean, spacious and well stocked condo. The view of the water and beach from the balcony was so relaxing. The three bedrooms were perfect for each lady to have private bedrooms. Perfect for a family as well.

The condo is large with nearly everything you need and was very reasonably priced. It’s just across from the beach with easy access. If you just want to sit on the patio and look at the ocean, this might not be the place for you as there are power lines in front and a busy road that can be noisy when you’re on the balcony though you can’t hear it inside at all. You can see the Gulf from the condo which is really nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. There’s an elevator and luggage carts at the property which make unloading and loading out very convenient. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I would absolutely return to enjoy this quiet and beautiful part of the beach!

This condo is in the heart of Mexico Beach. It has water views and it right across the street from beach access. THe unit is spacious and well appointed with plenty of room for a family of 5.

This is one of THE BEST Beach Properties that we've experienced. We've been using VRBO since 2016 and travel multiple times a year. We would Definitely love to return and stay at this same place. This place was just beautiful. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Every single detail was carefully thought out from the coffee and kitchen necessities, to the bedding and blankets. I found nothing to be disappointed by, and everything to be happy about! The perfect stay in the perfect beach town.

The place was a very nice place to stay at. The very safe place to stay at. The rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated. The walls are thick so you didn’t hear anything.., I really like how they had the balcony, they were fans above us so we kept cool even when you had no ocean breeze.
