The beach house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for use. Beach front house sits on a 1.2 acre property, it also has basement loft like apartment sleeping four available as a separate rental and property also shared by another town house. brbrCharcoal BBQ located closed to beach deck available for guests to use. Guests responsible to provide own charcoal and to keep BBQ clean.br br1.2 acre Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. brbrMost mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs. brbrOur neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor.
